Yowamushi pedal is having a problem of being too repetitive now. I would have liked to see Naruko go for the goal this time around. We should have gotten an Onoda Manami rematch already. They're saving Onoda so much that it feels like he isn't doing anything

The repetitive are true, but the part that they are saving Onoda so much??? False.
They are doing a team race, not just a solo race. Their team member need to have a time to growth too. Letting each one of them having their own moment are important moment too.
Plus, tbh, saving Onoda this long make this at least 1 of the thing thats not repetitive. Unlike last year where Onoda have been using a lot of stamina in 1st and 2nd day.

very unfortunate, Naruko is still a sprinter at heart. The course still favors climber/all-rounder to finish.

Why? Naruko himself have stated that he haven't got enough stamina to finish the race, even if they go without any enemy around. Did you really want to let Naruko fall in a normal moment instead of a cool moment that very much feel like Naruko like this?
